Hi ! Here is our FAQ and hope this will help to clear some of your questions. 

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

For inside Malaysia, shipping cost of RM8-11 will only be applied for purchase below RM180. For country outside Malaysia, Fedex and DHL will be used and shipping rates will be applied accordingly. Please refer to our shipping rates section on the header.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Online banking for inside Malaysia. 

How long will delivery take?

After your item are ready, for local inside Malaysia it will take around 1-3 working days while oversea outside Malaysia, around 5-10 working days using our Secured and Express shipping (FEDEX & DHL).
P/S : According to courier, some delay is expected during high peak season (festive & holiday) due to high volume.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All of your data are protected by Personal Data Protection Act (2010) including transaction with our payment software,Billplz.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Order confirmation through email -> Order process -> item ready -> item shipped -> get tracking number through email/sms -> item arrived

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we will send it by email that you provide during checkout.
